Learn to truly see the beauty you possess and Exude it without fear or compromise..

During Keri Hilsons interview she spoke about several pertinent concepts: "learning to embrace your inner beauty, letting go of your inhibitions, and realizing the importance of not seeking validation". You are comprised of everything that you were meant to have and be, so drop the facades and embrace the Diva in you...

Each women that has participated in Allures The Naked Truth shoot felt that the shoot helped them to focus on dropping all the pressure to be what others expect them to be, and just merely finding complete confort in simply being themeselves. It allowed them a moment to embrace being a woman. Once they connected with that, they realized how comfortable they are in their "own skin".

  1. What bullshit. If they were really concerned with body image, they'd photograph someone other than beautiful starlets who are perfectly positioned to show their bodies off to their best advantage.

  2. Sometimes we tend to focus on the packaging and not the content being shared. It is unfortunate that you got stuck on the superficial content of the airbrushed photograph, the status of the women chosen to be featured, or even the position of the poses. Your sight was so constricted that you missed the weight of the message. Never forget to be the one to define the word beautiful and not allow media to take that control from you. I hope, that you will reflect on the fact that there is no such thing as perfection we all have weaknesses as well as strengths whether visible on surface or buried beneath a discernable range.

Just because one is termed a starlet, famous, vixen, diva, or whatever it may be; none of those terms purges one from the reality of being human- imperfection at its best. No matter who you are the ability to recognize that you are the only one who can validate your worth, realize the depths of your beauty, embrace all of you, remove outside noise and gain self-balance- goes beyond societal ranks, status, or titles. The article was about appreciating the significance of building a strong foundation forged in self confidence, self awareness, and the importance of being selfish enough to achieve self comfort outside the expectation that the world puts on you. Our blueprints have been forged without blemish, learn you and love it. Meditate on the beauty in everything, see beyond the superficial, sharpen your perspective through your third eye!
